Sources for cording

I am sewing small purses and would like to use cording for trim. I am looking for the satin or bangelin type cord not a rope like cord. I also want the cording that can be hand sewn into place, not the upholstery kind of cording that is sewn between seams.

Ginger, you might like a trim called, believe it or not, rat-tail. It is satin-covered, comes in very pretty colors, is about an eighth of an inch thick, and curves nicely. Any good fabric store should have it.
