Wow, just last month I had a small scented candle in a glass holder do just that. The glass exploded after the wax had turned to liquid and the whole thing was in flames on my coffee table but I luckily had it on another plate. It was rather alarming. I don't know what brand it was but I bought one of them in Maine when visiting my Brother and bought another here in my state at Dillards during the holidays. I gave one as a gift. My youngest girl also bought some but I have already warned her about what happened to mine.
...."the whole thing was in flames on my coffee table "OMG,we have cats, and once in a while, one might have a scorch mark on them from getting to close, but nothing like that has happenedgo here to look at the lists of things recalledhttp://www.cpsc.gov/cpscpub/prerel/prerel.html
