In one of the threads today (& I can’t find it again – very frustrating!), someone was looking for a swing coat pattern like Doris Day’s in the 50s. Anyway, there is a swing coat pattern (amongst many other interesting ones) on www.macpheeworkshop.com. Good luck!

Thanks for your help. It was me that was looking for the coat that you described, and it is on this site under Advise Looking For in this same section of the site. You will note that I found it here at home and it's Simplicity 4047.
I will take a look at your reference and thanks for remembering me!
Sorry about that, Wanda. When I was reading the threads on Friday, yours & the one about the irons not being hot enough weren't on my side listing when I got back to looking for them - very frustrating, as I had just read yours & that one in the morning - go figure! Anyway, I'm glad you found the pattern.
Gloria
No problem. I've done that too!
