I wouldn’t use a men’s pattern unless you want to do a lot of pattern alterations, as the neck, shoulders and arms will probably be too big and there may not be enough ease in the bust.  McCall’s patterns have several possibilities, and keep in mind that within the same pattern company you can probably interchange pieces to get the look and style features you want.  Happy sewing!
