I have attached a picture of the finished vest that everyone helped me to complete. Without your help the project would have ended in the rubbish. So as you can see the finished vest does not look bad at all.

Thanks for posting. Many times questions are asked and suggestions given and then the person in need just drops off into oblivion!
There is always a sense of pride when you wear a garment you have made and a double bonus if the garment is for someone else.
I just joined the forum, I enlarged the picture so I could see the vest, you did a great job on it.
