Finally, here is a photo of one of my recent projects, the Paris Blouse from Stretch and Sew. Instead of long sleeves with cuffs, I made them 3/4 length with a turn back cuff. The fabric is Pimatex (cotton with a hint of lycra) that I ordered from Nancy’s Notions. The sleeve cap went in smoothly, but looks wrinkly here because of my hasty ironing job (in a rush to get to work!)

Thanks for sharing the pattern and fabric information and sources. It's a very good fit and the collar, cuffs, and buttonholes look exceptionally well done too. Mary
Thank you, Mary. I used the blind-hem foot for my machine to get straight topstitching at the edge of the collar and cuffs. My machine (Janome MC 4800) does wonderful one-step buttonholes--just place the button in the back of the buttonhole foot, and the machine does perfectly sized buttonholes every time. I love it! :-)
It's so elegant!
That's high praise from you, SewElegant. Thank you (blushing)!
Really, really nice. You've set a fine example. Gail
Thank you for your compliments, Gail.
Fine work on the blouse. Looks like a pattern that will become a staple in your wardrobe it is so flattering on you. Nice finishing work. I love the shade of blue. Cathy
Thanks for your compliments! It's a very comfortable blouse, and I've made the shorter sleeveless version as well.
Wonderful mastery of your sewing skills, just wonderful!
Thank you Miss Rodezzy!
Lookin' good! Love the colour! You did a beautiful job - everything is neat & even, it looks comfortable, fits perfectly - you get an A+ from all of your friendly critics & supporters here :)! Definitely not looking 'homemade'. I like the sleeves & cuffs, too. Thanks so much for sharing.
