Threads in an Art Store

Elaray | Posted in Feedback on Threads on

Last weekend, I was in my local large art supply store buying a roll of tracing paper. When I got to the checkout counter I was pleased and surprised to see a display rack that contained copies of the current Threads Magazine. I hope it means people are considering sewing as an art form. At the very least, I hope it means more and more people are sewing.

while the number of traditional home sewers seems to have been declining for a few decades, it does seem like more people are looking at sewing ads a new art medium; also with quiling being taken seriously by collectors.
