I subscribed to Threads Insider several months ago. Each time I try to log-in, there is a problem, and I have to request a password change. That takes time (on Threads end), so, sometimes I will get a temporary password within a few minutes, sometimes not. My sewing/reading time is limited, and often in the hours that Threads does not have a customer service agent on duty. So, basically, I can’t use Threads Insider. Very, very disappointed, and I would NOT recommend it to sewing friends.

I agree that Threads has difficulty with passwords. I keep track of my passwords by list and have over 100. Threads is the only only that fails about 80% of the time. I don't know if they have problems with their database or what the difficulty is, but it is very frustrating and I'm sure they lose customers over this issue.
And their customer service is non-existent. No response to emails. Phone call customer service number in magazine redirects to another number. Terrible.
I thought it was only me having issues too. I have had trouble logging in this week and have only recently joined.
I was having trouble logging in to Insider before, but now it suddenly started working for me. Maybe they have fixed it?
