   I would be very interested in purchasing you collection but I'm really bad at this 'bidding' part -

   So if you could tell me how many copies there are, and how much you had in mind - it would be a little more helpful.

   Hi, Shelly. I have 12 years of Threads from the very first copy in 1985 to the Aug. issue of 1997. 72 mags in all. I'm asking $100 for the full collection, or a decent offer. I've checked eBay and the ones posted there are asking about $3 a copy, so I thought this was a reasonable price. Let me know. Thanks. Manya

   Hi Manya,

   Could you possibly find out from the post office, as to how it would be cheapest to ship the magazines to Israel?

   That way I would be able to send you the money and pay for the postage as well.

   Shelly, the Post Office says the best way to ship them is "Economy M-Bag" (?) It would take 4-6 weeks. They may be just over the weight limit (22 lb. each) in two packages, so I might have to send a couple of them separately, but the price is just under $70 total. It's expensive, I know. Please let me know what you decide. Manya

   Perhaps you would like to tell us a little bit about your self - what sort of sewing have you been doing, how did you come to sewing in the first place etc.

   To shelly and all: the Threads magazine collection went to the Post Office and on to Jerusalem on Saturday, May 6. They say it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery. I'm sure Shelly will let us all know when they arrive. Thank you all for your interest.
