Threads reports from ASG conference

carolfresia | Posted in General Sewing Info on

Hello, all,

Threads will be at this year’s American Sewing Guild conference in Philadelphia, July 17-22, and we hope those of you who will be in attendance will stop by and say hello. For those of you who can’t make it to the show this year, our editors will be posting daily reports about the highlights of the show. Check here for their updates.

And of course anyone else who’d like to contribute her or his perspective on the conference is welcome to post, too. Those of us who are staying home (including me) would love to hear about what you find most useful and inspiring.

Have a great time at the conference, and we’re all looking forward to reading about your trip!

Carol Fresia, Assoc. Editor, Threads

I'll be there Carol. Do you know who is going to represent Threads there?

Hi, Deepika! Our Executive Editor, Carol Spier, will be there, as will David Coffin and Judy Neukam, and possibly Jennifer Sauer. The Threads booth will be open Friday through Sunday, and we are hoping to post reports on those days. We welcome comments about the conference from anyone else who attends, especially during the earlier days when the Threads contingent will not have arrived.

      Have fun, everyone!

      Carol

Hello, David, Hello Judy! I hope your trip to Philadelphia was smooth and trouble-free, and that you're finding interesting things to report from the conference. Will check back this weekend...

          Enjoy!Carol
