I am looking for sewing patterns that I can use to make garments using Ultrasuede. Skits, jackets, and coats specifically. I know that there has to be some patterns out there for this use. Any insight?

It is a stable knit that comes in a few different weights. This should help you choose patterns according to the recommended fabrics.
ultrasuede is not a knit fabric. You're right, it has no stretch. You'll want to look for patterns that are good for using with non stretch fabrics such as denims, cordouroy, leather, suede etc.. If the pattern calls for the fabric to have any degree of stretch then it wouldn't be a good fit.
I cant really help but there was an article in Threads a few years back on sewing ultrasuede etc . It had a pair of blue leather pants on the front. They had some insights on the special consideration of sewing ultrsuede and leather etc.
Carollovich: What I remember about sewing ultrasuede (back in the 70's and 80's) is that it had a nap, similar to corduroy. You had to lay out the pattern using the with nap instructions. I can remember making dresses and slacks with unltrasuede.
Ask at your fabric store for a recommendation!
