princess | Posted in General Sewing Info on

dear all, i’m curious to know  when a contruction involves underlining whether it should be sewn together with the fabric (like a hong-kong style) or whether it should remain separate.  thanks, diane

Cut it the same as the fashion fabric and treat it as one fabric.

UNDERLINEING IS ALWAYS TREATED AS ONE WIT THE FASHION FABRIC.OTHERWISE IT WOULD BE LINEING.tHE PURPOSE IS TO SUPPORT THE TOP FABRIC OR ADD WARMTH .
