I ordered a skirt pattern from hot patterns in England on September 30 and have yet to receive the pattern. I e-mailed them and they are “looking into it.” Has anyone else had this problem?

I ordered on the 9th of September, and queried it's non arrival recently. I received a phone call last Saturday to say that they are on their way. The company has had a lot of problems with the company they hired to sent the patterns out, and has recently decided to print and post their patterns themselves. If you log onto http://www.patternreview.com and look under the message board, and patterns you will read more about what has happened.
I don't know if this is the problem, but once I ordered a book from a seller in the U.K. who supposedly mailed via air mail. The book took 67 days to arrive and the front of the package had a sticker which stated that the sender did not supply adequate postage for air mail and so it was sent via other means. (probably boat) Don't give up, it may arrive yet!
I ordered mine in September too and I got it this week. I thought they were in England too, but they are located in Florida.
