   where to find subscription details?

   Answering my own question! But someone else might want to know.

   Don't know if there is an easier way, but way down on the bottom of the page https://www.threadsmagazine.com/ there is a link to 'subscriber alert'. (It is also down at the bottom of this forum page.)

   This takes you to a customer service page. One of the links on the left says 'Check magazine subscription expiration'.

   I also was looking for my customer number. There is a link for that on the page, too. But I ended up 'chatting' to someone (through an even different link) who looked it up for me.

   At some point you have to be logged in. I had already done that in the process of searching for the magazine subscription expiration page.

   Not the easiest place to get around! I had received a renewal notice, but thought my subscription was still good for a while yet. Sure enough it is good til May! So why tell me to renew in November?
