where to get good quality fusible fleece
I have just used my last piece of fusible fleece and am at a loss as to where to buy quality
fusible fleece. I use it in my fabric bags (mostly home dec tapestry). I have been able to purchase it at Jo Ann for several years although the quality has gone downhill for the past year or so. It is not nearly as thick as it once was. I can no longer find it there, so I tried Jo Ann on-line and was delighted to see they had both Pellon and HTC by the roll and it was also at a sale price. My delight was short lived when I began to read the buyer reviews of the product. Most of them were extremely negative and all had the same complaint , poor quality and not what the product once was. Many sent their orders back.
I have e-mailed both the Jo Ann Retail Store site and the Jo Ann on-line site about this but I will be surprised if I hear from them.
Can anybody give me some feedback about this product? I am desperate, because I design, make and sell these bags. I don’t do it to make a living, but I do make some small profit and I enjoy doing them. I would like to be able to continue doing so. I have tried Stitch N Shape. It works okay for hard-sided bags but I prefer a softer look which I was able to get when I could obtain good fleece. Thanks for any help.

Hi, I'm in Sydney Australia and I use Floriani brand for my machine embroidery. I understand the Stitch N Shape wouldn't be quite right.
Floriani have a fusible fleece.
go to http://www.ericas.com and type fusible fleece in the search bar. At the bottom of the page list is other brands fleece or Click on the line for Floriani Fusible Fleece. Do a comparison on the products and prices.
If you don't want to purchase from the website, do a google search for the product you want and find store retailers that way.
