Where to look at fabric in Los Angeles?

Janna | Posted in Fabric and Trim on

I will be in Los Angeles (west side) from 10/19 through 10/30, and while I am there I’d like to check out any unique fabric stores. Here in Alaska we have pretty limited stores – Joann’s, some quilting stores, and one small but very nice specialty place.  Is there something like a Britex in LA?

Try F&S in West LA.  Also International Silks and a few others.  I like B.Black for woolens but that is more into the downtown area.

    Happy shopping!

LA has a garment district downtown near Maple and ninth streets?. Try putting garment district into your search function. The area is huge and overwhelming. It is well patrolled. We parked for $6 a day and walked around the district. Had a wonderful time.  Good luck.
