Which Bobbin for a Brother Star 3 sewing machine please?

Hi,
I have recently dug out my Brother Star 3 sewing machine. I have found two types of Bobbin. Ones where the top and bottom are completely flat and others where the top and bottom are slightly domed. My instruction manual says I need part 136492151 but I can’t find these anywhere and I cannot find my machine listed on any Bobbin part list.
Please can anyone help?

Hi, I took a look at Sewing Parts Online, as they are really good about listing all compatible machines and the product codes.

The nice thing is you can them a call or email and Sewing Parts Online could probably confirm that that is the correct bobbin. I am not sure what their staffing is like during this time, but they have always been knowledgable and helpful in my experience. Good luck!

I have just now borrowed a Brother star 3 electronic sewing machine and do not have a instruction manual for it, it has got nothing with it. I was wondering if you could perhaps send me the instruction manual please.

Hi Corrie1, We don't have sewing machine manuals, so I can't help you there. You may be able to find one on eBay, or by contacting Brother.
