My home made Russian Nesting Doll costume. I made a chicken wire form for the shape around my dress form then draped canvas around. The head is lined with 1″ thick sheet foam, and there are three metal hoops which go down to the hem holding it stiffly around. I primered the canvas usingindoor house paint primer, then painted on top with acrylic paints
