I designed this above-the-knee party dress as part of a collection for a class at San Joaquin Delta College. The loose-fit sheath dress is made of irridescent 2-way sequin (they can be ‘brushed’ the opposite direction to be black, rather than blue-green) and navy crystaline organza. It is fully lined and seams are covered with lace binding for comfortable wear all night long.
