This is a sleeveless linen blouse from a pattern I made myself. It has topstitched yokes at the shoulders and topstitching on the placket, sleeve binding and hem. I cut bias strips for the armholes, attached them to the wrong side and brought them to the front for finishing. All fabric edges were finished using a serger, including the darts in front which were slashed and serged. The collar stand was the only item I interfaced using a fusible interfacing; the fabric had sufficient heft and body.

A great summer basic. I like the bound armholes, too.
