I saw this blouse in the store made from satin, but I preffered a nice silk fabric. I embellished the neckline with sew on jewels, and tied off the bottom with a bow.

This is beautifully done, and nicely draped across the bust. I bet a beaded tie around place at a high (empire-level} waist would be a nice variation on this.
Personally this is my favourite top ...it's classy and nice colour too.
