Grandaughter is almost 6 years old and loves “bling-bling” so I designed a heart dress with glittered fabric. The back straps cross and have three buttonholes for growth. The heart rosette on the center of the waistband is attached with a safety pin for washing. The waistband has elastic inserted in it. I serged the ruffle with a rolled edge and overlock hemmed with wooly nylon thread the flounces.
