“Art Lace” Bookwrap

I love to use water soluble stabilizer and the decorative stitches on my sewing machine to make what I call “Art Lace”, and I use this technique in lots of ways, but this particular project was my attempt to make an elegant bookwrap. The lacework is overlaid onto a backing of fused angelina fiber so it’s all lovely and sparkly. I really liked the way it turned out so I made some instructions for the project, and you can find it on my blog here
