The Back of the paisley and grateful dead theme jean jacket
Inspired by the festivals I went to last summer and the music of the Grateful Dead, I created this upcycled jean jacket, going for a real bohemian marakesh style feel.
This jean jacket has been upcycled and reclaimed into an amazing new bohemian style jacket. I appliqued the steal your face myself, and then put the patch down with the paisley fabrics that I appliqued down as well. The front of the jacket has some appliques on the shoulders, waist, and then along the buttons in the front, that show while buttoned up or open. The jacket is a ladies medium, shorter style jacket. Please note model is 5’10” for comparison. The jacket has a stretch to it, and the original brand was Angel Jeans. Measurements are:
Shoulder to shoulder: 17″
Length: 20″

Love the jacket! I've up-styled several denim shirts, skirts, and jackets, and now I have some new ideas for the next projects.
