NASA 747 carrying the Endeavour space shuttle
The costume was contructed out of felt. The 747 portion is worn and the Endeavour portion is a plush carried like a backpack. The arms go through handles on the 747 wings to provide movability. The Endeavour wings are reinforced with cardboard for shape. A baseball hat is worn inside the costume to prop up the hood to guarantee visibility. NASA logos are also made of felt.
