Collar view
This modular coat was based on Kayla Kennington’s Paris Evening Coat pattern. The body of the coat is made with a watery effect chiffon fabric then individually lined with aqua chiffon. I chose to modify the original pattern by adding a blue crystal organza panel and collar. All modular pieces were attached to each other using silk thread and a dot satin embroidery stitch.
