This adorable nautical dress was made from a $4.00 vintage shower curtain. The rickrack, zipper and vintage blue button were purchased from an estate sale. The bow was from the packaging of a blanket I purchased and saved. The red collar fabric was in my stash for years. The heart buttons were the only new thing I purchased for this project. I just love to upcycle vintage items into something new and fun!
