Today is my sister’s 30th brithday and I wanted to do something special for her. I made her 9 month old daughter a bright purple dress since her birthday party had a purple theme. I decided to make it cute, fun and ruffled. Since it was hot outside, the dress is made from cotton and the ruffles are sewn on top.
