We decided to be red witches so I gathered all the red / maroon materials I had and came up this this for my daughter. The hat is homemade with wire to help shape it. The dress is our design and is fully lined. We used yarn to accent the lower skirt and for the front drawstring. Tulle under the main skirt gives it some fullness and we just had fun with the sleeves. We even designed a collar with a velcro closure. We hot glued and nailed wired material on the shoe fronts for a witchier look. She loves it and it was so fun to make for her.
