My daughter kept asking for a dress to be like “Anna” from Frozen. I was happy to make it for her. This is a self drafted pattern. I also did all the embroidery myself. Each color of the skirt is a separate strip of fabric that I sewed together before pleating. There is also a cream colored eyelet underskirt.
