Halloween Costume Contest 2016

He-Man for Halloween

Foam muscles added to Lycra suit

This He-Man costume was made for my grandson.  He thought he would like some extra muscles on his little six-year-old body to go with the shorts, boots, etc. that He-Man wears. The body suit is made from two layers of Lycra with foam pieces between, then all layers are stitched together by hand to accent the muscles.  It has a zipper at the back. The boots were made from water shoes with fabric tops added. The shorts were made from fun fur. The belt and cuffs were made from leatherette, covered with the “right” color of Lycra. The chest piece is more leatherette.  Chest piece and shorts both close with a big snap.
