My sister, my husband and myself all dressed up as the Sesame Street “yip yips” a couple years ago, while we attended our children’s school dance. The costumes I made each from 2 fuzzy blankets. The lips were formed over pieces of pipe insulation that we could manipulate with a hand in the center front. A couple of layers of black mesh over the mouth area kept our faces hidden and flat plastic dress boning made nice bouncy antennas!
