ELIGIBILITY: The 2023 Threads Digital Ambassadors’ Joyful Dressing Challenge and Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry, and who are not employees, directors, officers, and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of The Taunton Press, Inc., publisher of Threads® magazine (“the administrator”), or of Fit For Art Patterns, International Bra Sewing Bee, ClothingLabels4U.com, and all other entities associated with this Sweepstakes (the “Entrant” or “Entrants”).
Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered, or tampered with in any way. Entrants must abide by these Official Rules (the “Official Rules”) and by entering this Sweepstakes you agree to adhere to the terms, policies and guidelines described in these Official Rules.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
ENTRY PERIOD: Entries for the Sweepstakes will be accepted only during the period beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time on May 24, 2023 and ending at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 22, 2023 (the “Entry Period”). To be valid, entries must be received during the Entry Period. Sponsor’s computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.threadsmagazine.com/2023DigitalAmbassadorsChallenge and view the presentations of Threads digital ambassadors who have created joyful dressing looks and shared their techniques for sewing them. On the 2023 Digital Ambassadors’ Challenge webpage, Vote for your favorite, and provide your name, e-mail address, and phone number. By voting, you will be entered into the Sweepstakes drawing of a Threads prize package, described as the prize below. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account used to enter will be deemed to be the Entrant.

ENTRANT’S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Personal Information (name, email address, state and phone number) collected from Entrants is subject to the Administrator’s Privacy Policy: http://www.taunton.com/privacy-policy/; and the privacy policies of the Sponsors located at (https://fitforartpatterns.com/about-us/company-policies/privacy-policy-copyright/), (https://brasewingbee.com/privacypolicy/), and (https://www.clothinglabels4u.com/policies.html).
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Package will be awarded, and will consist of the following (the “Prize”):
- From Fit for Art Patterns, one each of the four core patterns: the Carpe Diem Dress & Tunic, Tabula Rasa Jacket, Tabula Rasa Knit Tee & Tunic, and Eureka! Pants that Fit in print format, sizes XS to 3XL, valued at $90
- From the International Bra Sewing Bee, a one-year subscription to The Vault: Full Collection, valued at $199
- From ClothingLabels4U.com, a $100 gift card toward the purchase of woven or printed labels at ClothingLabels4U.com, valued at $100
- From Threads, Pamela Leggett’s elearning classes, Fashion Serge and Serger Techniques, plus Sew Smarter, Better & Faster (The Taunton Press, 2014), valued at $124.93
The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize Package is US $513.93.
The winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with the Prize receipt and/or use.
DRAWING: On or about June 29, 2023, one (1) potential prizewinner will be chosen by random selection and notified by email. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
CLAIMING PRIZE: Potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and, except where prohibited by law, a Liability/Publicity Release within 10 days of notification, or their prize may be forfeited. Winner will also be required to provide proof of age and residency by submitting a photo ID. If the potential winner does not timely return the Declaration and Release, or if information contained within the timely returned Declaration and Release deems the potential winner ineligible, the potential winner will be disqualified and another random drawing will take place with an alternate potential winner selected. Such process will continue until a potential winner is deemed eligible to receive the Prize.
NO PRIZE TRANSFER OR SUBSTITUTION: The Prize or any portion thereof is not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitution, exchange or transfer of the Prize is allowed by the winner.

TERMS/CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received due to unavailable network, failed server or other connections, miscommunications, interrupted, misrouted or scrambled transmissions, or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, electronic, or otherwise. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the website during the Sweepstakes Entry Period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, of any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an Entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate or modify this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, technical problem or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor corrupt the security or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
RELEASE: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Administrator and Sponsors and their respective, directors, owners, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by Entrants or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity.
