Annette Dunlap says, “I like a small needle for hand sewing, size 11 or 12 sharps. The small needle gives me better control than a larger one and makes it easy to take small stitches. I use a polyester thread, preferably Gütermann, because it fits through the small needle eye easily and is a strong, versatile thread.”
Annette, a retired businesswoman and farmer, enjoys all categories of textile arts, from sewing and embroidery to knitting, crochet, and art quilting.
