Hi.
I’ve been trying to get a complete copy of ‘No Time To Sew’ with pattern sheets in the UK. I’ve now got 2 good copies of the book only, and still no luck from second hand sources.
1) Has anyone recently made any of these garments?
2) Are they still reasonably fashionable ( for a potato shaped woman!) and worth tracking down??
2) Is there any ‘capsule wardrobe ‘ pattern substitute recommended?
I recently bought a SB Vogue pattern for £11.95 – about $23.50 I think – is this what you pay in the US?

Have you tried Amazon?

Yes but I still don't know if they're worth tracking down. I got 2 copies of the book from 2 Amazon sellers without patterns.
Hi again
I found these at Alibris. There are many copies available, some without the patterns, and some presumably with. You could enquire before purchasing. Hope this helps.

If the link's too long, go to Alibris and type in Sandra Betzina.
Thanks, I'll give it a try. I am working on my own designs at the moment, and not sure patts would help as much as the rest of the info in the book.
Thanks for info. Book is easily returned but after paying international delivery twice for books I had to return, to get patterns I was going to alter anyway I am not going to do that again soon.
Vogue patterns cost a fortune here in UK, so I will be doing a 'Buy as I Sew' on these instead of getting a whole wardrobe of patterns together in one step.
