Some years back I bought RTW pants, label Christi Girl, that had front pleats, but no zipper. They had pockets & the closure was on the waistband, done with 3 loops over self covered buttons. I have not seen them for a while. They were only available for several years. I loved the style & would like to make them for myself. I have never seen a professional pattern for them. Any advice?

This pattern has a skirt and pants with the opening as part of the pocket and waistband.
