Sewing Tip: Substitute pocketing fabric for lining fabric to make longer-lasting pockets.
This Amazing Fit tailored trouser pattern has clean lines, slightly flared legs, and pattern piece options for different body types. The design comes in three lengths: above-the-knee shorts, or ankle-skimming or full-length pants. All views have a contoured, two-piece waistband that sits 1 inch below the waist; a fly-front zipper; and slant pockets, with the pocket bags reaching center front. This feature keeps the pockets flat and stabilizes the front. The pattern includes separate back pattern pieces to fit slim, average, or curvy figures. Single darts shape the back waist on the slim and average shapes, whereas the curvy shape has double darts. Our tester liked the straightforward method for making the zipper fly front. Use denim, poplin, wool flannel, and stretch wovens.
(Sized Misses’/Women’s 10-28W for hips 34.5-52 in.)

Is the blouse RTW or is there a pattern number?
Hi, it was a RTW blouse by Nine West. I did find a free downloadable pattern for what looks like a similar style at The Little Sewist blog: http://thelittlesewist.blogspot.com/2019/05/sleeveless-tie-neck-blouse.html
