Oops. Got to quit getting on line when I am tired.Marcy
Hey Becky,
They are adorable. My son had a store bought one, when he was six months, with a rattle inside. he had so much fun with it. (there were others without rattles for chewing). I threw the ball gently, into his lap often and by doing so at a very early age he learnt to play catch. At his first birthday, he walked for the first time, and was kicking the larger balls. Oh the memories, 5 years ago now.

Oh the memories.... my first girl was given the toy that inspired this ball when she was little, 30 years ago!!! I have made many for the children of friends, grandkids and the church nursery!
I posted the pattern a while back when some one asked about soccer balls.
