This has been raised by a few of us, and Amber has posted a response in "Talk with Amber - looks as if there has been a glitch, and there should be some additional information or clarification in the next issue.
I also found the lack of an obvious opening as a bit of a mystery - and wasn't at all sure why a slot dart instead of a normal dart was included.
the skirt does look interesting - so I will await further clarification with interest!
