I just took a look at the EZ-Fit website. What would hold me back is that they don't say they will work on the fit until it is right. They don't guarantee the fit the way Unique Patterns does. If the pattern doesn't fit it is the fault of the measurements and therefore your fault. It is so difficult to get correct body measurements. I played with Dress Shop for over a year and could never get a good fit. I wonder what type of software they use. I just sent my measurements to Unique and ordered the basic dress sloper and a pants pattern. Those who have had contact with Unique stress their willingness to work with their customers until it's right. I have very strong doubts that the pattern will be right the first time. In fact I sent them a copy of my personal sloper which I made from Vogue 1000 and fits great -- because, if they use the measurements I sent them -- which were taken exactly as they instructed -- their pattern would not look or fit like mine. Some measurements can only be decided on via trial and error. I strongly recomend that anyone ordering a computer pattern for the first time order the most basic style - one resembling a sloper - and not order any other patterns until satisfied with the fit. It's a gamble! If it's right the first time you have lucked out!
