Triad Plus Fabrics in Roseville, California specializes in buying up manufacturers' overruns and closeouts of decorator fabric. Their staff is knowledgeable, and their prices are unbelievably reasonable, but I'm not sure how specific their inventory is, as they buy in bulk lots.
