Anybody want to chat about Loes’s patterns (NAYY)? We had a good discussion going prior to SW going down…

I miss Sewingworld!!!! anyway, I'm tracing the short version of the Venetian Vest today at work (...gotta be an empty coference room around here somewhere) and plan to try it out with a $1/yard piece of rayon from fashionfabric.com.
On a different note, emmaonesock reports that she only has a few remnants left of the olive ribbon fabric and "the ladies on Sewing World are doing wonders for my business."

*I have the venetian vest pattern too and want to do the longer version soon. I made a swing skirt recently and lined it, it came out nicely. I have ironed out the pattern sheets for the tunic top (cowl)- so many wrinkles in tissue! I'll trace that one soon. Got some of that black cotton chenille knit from emmaonesock, maybe do the short sleeve version in some other misc. knits I have. Hoping to work through some stash with some of Loes's patterns!
