I am looking for a good fitting pants pattern that is appropriate for business casual. I can do minor pattern alterations, but it’s easiest when I start with something that is close to what need. I’m looking for the following features – flat front, fly zipper, sits at natural waist or just a tad lower. I have a slender, but curvy figure. Waist is significantly smaller than hips. I need to get relaxed fit in ready to wear. Any suggestions?

I always suggest Burda, because they have the best crotch curve in the business. All sizes are in one envelope, with very subtle gradations between sizes. and they have a complete measurement chart on which you circle your measurements. Then you trace your pretty much customized pattern off that. That allows you to be several sizes: You can have a tiny waist and larger hips, etc.
It's a good way to start.
You might like Vogue 7881 Claire Shaeffer's pants. I was able to get them to fit right, I did the darts for shape. They have a nice width to the leg too.
