hi, does anyone know any sewing patterns for a dress that looks something like the one here: http://www.kmart.com/popup/product_enlarged.jsp?productId=154303 . preferably simplicity, burda, vogue or butterick because those are the only ones available for me to buy where i am.

Check out Kwik-Sew #3038 which is for a sleeveless blouse - this could b e extended into a dress. Their web site is http://www.kwiksew.com - you can order the pattern from them or I also have it in stock.
That's a classic shirtdress, so all those companies probably have a pattern for it. Have you tried searching on their online pattern catalogs? It's fast, efficient, and easy to search each one, and you can do a lot of comparisons before you go to the store or order the pattern.

no, i didn't save a copy. however, i did manage to find a similar pattern in the simplicity catalogue. :)
that's great news. i just find my oop simplicity pattern 7162 shirtdress. it may have been similar.
