   Kwiksew.com has a book called Swim and Action Wear that tells you everything you need to make any type of swim suit plus they include master patterns for every size.

   Another site that sells the Kwik Sew book plus all the supplies you would need is sewsassy.com.

   I highly recommend both sites.

   I don't know if it's still available but my favourite which I have used many times, is Stretch and Sew's "Sew Splashy".  It's a complete instruction book with all the patterns included.  I find the way the suit is cut gives more room in the rear end and doesn't ride up as much as the Kwik Sew.  Book has instructions for lined, shelf bra, and bra cups.  It is designed with many different variations possible and different leg styles as well as how to fit and many swinsuit sewing details.  Absolutely the best swim suit pattern and instruction book I've ever come across.
