These cat costumes were handmade and partially Upcycled. The wigs were painstakingly handmade by cutting pieces of red heart yarn, pulling out the threads tying them off, gluing them on one by one and finally at the end styling, brushing out and cutting . They each took 2 weeks . The jackets were vintage, I cut them up, wrote cat puns all over, hand sewed in “ fur”( faux) , and decorated with buttons , patches, pins and hand sewn studs. The T-shirt’s were white shirts that I hand tie dyed , and decorated. The tails were also made with red heart yarn and made in a similar fashion to the wigs. Makeup took 1 hour each for me to do. Costumes Total took about a month to make working every evening on them. They turned out great!
