HELP!

I have 2" wide elastic and i made a casing for the elastic, and tried sewing the top stitch lines while stretching the fabric, and it didnt bunch at all. Then I tried basting and that didnt work either.

Please help I need to finish this before xmas.

Thank you

Make your casing, sew 1/4" or 1/2" rows and then insert 1/4" or 1/2" elastic into each row. I've gather the bottom of a corduroy jacket this way and it worked out very well.
