bridal dressmaker needed

lisainthegarden | Posted in General Discussion on

My daughter is to be married next year and we are considering having her gown made for her rather than altered for her…if anyone can lead us to a good bridal dressmaker near Walnut Creek, CA that would be most helpful.  Thanks a bunch!

A good place to start is the Professional Association of Custom Clothiers. Go to http://www.paccprofessionals.org and check out their listing of dressmakers. If you don't find anyone local listed, you might try contacting the nearest chapter to you and see if they have other names to recommend.

My name is Shalimar and I have a lovely woman who lives in Santa Rosa named Rosa who sews like a dream!  She does everything from drapes, upholstery, leather pants, purses, and of course, wedding dresses.  I am not sure if it is too far, but her number is 707  526-5909.  She is hard to catch, but I think you would love her.

Thank you for replying.  Santa Rosa would be a fairly lenghty trip, but I will keep the information until we settle on who's services we are going to use.
