Brother ULT2002D problem

DanaL | Posted in Equipment and Supplies on

I have a problem with my Brother ULT2002D.  After I have been embroidering for several hours, my tensions begin to mess up (mostly the top thread tension) and I am having to loosen the top tension a lot. My embroidering begins to look pretty bad and my top thread breaks frequently.  Has anyone else experienced this problem with this machine.  Thanks……..DanaL

I have the same machine, but have never had this problem.  Love the machine, however, I had a problem with the embroidery arm.  Went to start it one morning and the arm was "stuck" and just hopping in place.  Sent it back to the dealer and they repaired it and returned it within a week.
