Boy, no where else does “if it’s not broke…don’t try to fix it” apply more than to this site! Where it was previously so easy to navigate, it’s now too complicated and certainly not “user friendly”. What genius, who was trying to make a mark in the industry, came up with this platform? Go back to something reasonable, we’re sewers and designers not forum designers…and if we were it would have stayed just as it was! Go back to school and learn something about customer relations and leave well enough alone.
If there’s instructions on this site for including a picture I, for one, would like to know where and how to find it.

if it ain't broke--
I'm finding that the comments section of the e-newsletter is starting to assume the function of the old gatherings site. Kharmin is a grandmother, and chose to post that there (congratulations, Kharmin, enjoy!). I guess the "slice and dice" format we have now is supposed to make finding things more efficient, but the smart boys who did that never asked a woman how we best communicate--we don't worship efficiency, but community. I just check the site out of duty these days.
Thanks for the Congrats, decoratrice!
But, I didn't really "choose" to put the New Baby News at Threads rather than here - just that something came up and I was inspired to write ... but you do make a good point, about it "feeling" much friendlier over there, these days! Not because of the people, certainly, but the format here and its under lying platform!
I shall fix the oversight promptly - new thread under "Gather for a Chat" coming soon! (Probably not tonight, though - it's 1:30 in the morning!)
Bright Blessings!
Kharmin
